  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Event will be charged full price.

Private Functions
In keeping with our promise to post the date(s) and time(s) of any private function that may interfere with regularly scheduled service hours, The Bay Club will list Club closures for private functions on The Colony Foundation website calendar for quick reference for all Residents. The Bay Club will also send an email to the Residents notifying them of the event and any change in service hours (if any) to help avoid any miscommunication. Our Resident Services Team will make every effort to offer an alternative dining venue when the 2nd and/or 3rd floors are closed for a private function. Any private function that may interfere with regularly scheduled service hours must be approved by the General Manager.
